location good, but issues encountered

small room showerhead issue

the location was really good for seeing the sights, a real plus.

I was pretty annoyed that the room was smaller than expected, i booked a triple room. it felt more like a double with an extra bed squeezed in. the bathroom also had issues. The showerhead didn't fit properly. it didn't feel like a 4-star experience for the money, the photos made it look way better.

i found the staff were attentive to my needs. the breakfast had fresh orange juice. made-to-order eggs WERE a real treat.

the advertisement said there was a spa. IT was not in use.

friendly staff excellent service central location

the staff were friendly and helpful. i found adam provided excellent service. he was very attentive to our needs. the location is central. it gave easy access to shops and restaurants.

the pool was quite small.

the breakfast buffet had a great omelet station. adrián was a great host, he provided excellent tips for restaurants.

the pool area felt too small for the number of guests at the hotel. there was not enough room to sit around the pool.

excellent location fluffy towels small pool area insufficient seats

the location was superb. i found many sites, shops, and restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. jane kept our room super clean with fluffy towels and amenities. it was lovely.

the pool area seemed too small. i think it was insufficient for the number of guests. i found there was not enough room around the pool. there were not enough seats for all the guests wanting to sit there.
